Treated like family I'm in from Chicago, and had my dealer call ahead and schedule a service for me. When I was greeted by Michael, it was as if I had purchased my car a I'm in from Chicago, and had my dealer call ahead and schedule a service for me. When I was greeted by Michael, it was as if I had purchased my car at his dealership. He spoke to me about my Rover's issues, and outlined the work to be completed. They provided me a loaner car, and called the next day for me to pick up my car. When I arrived, Michael greeted me, reviewed the work and called for my car.
