Jorge was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was told they'd replace the battery for my key and that was not done which means I have to find the time to go back. As long as Rebecca Corbin is at Santa Monica it will always have issues and problems. It starts from the top down. She doesn’t care about customers at all, profit margin is all she cares about. I’ve given this dealership many opportunities to get things done right, John is really a great guy and helpful, as for his boss, she is another story and the reason why we don’t take out Range Rovers or Jaguar to them anymore. I’d rather drive to Woodland Hills than have to deal with Rebecca ever again. Not worth the headache. They literally keep the car and then come back with “we couldn’t duplicate it” the speaker is literally blown out, how can you not duplicate it? I had to physically show them the subwoofer was separated from the housing, how does a technician miss this and tell me “they can’t duplicate it” beyond frustrating that they hold your car and don’t do the work. More
THE PROBLEM "RESTRICTED PERFORMANCE" WAS NOT FIXED. CAME BACK 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH MARIO GARCIA. NEVER WOULD CALL BACK AS HE SAID ON SEVERAL OCCASION. RAFI THEN TOOK CARE CAME BACK 4 WEEKS LATER. THEN THE MISFORTUNE OF DEALING WITH MARIO GARCIA. NEVER WOULD CALL BACK AS HE SAID ON SEVERAL OCCASION. RAFI THEN TOOK CARE OF IT . WHEN I ASKED RAFI WAS THE CAR READY, HE SAID "YEAD DIDN'T MARIO CALL YOU AT 1PM". NO MARIO DID NOT CALL NOR DID HE CALL ON FRIDAY 9/15 AS HE SAID HE WOULD TO UPDATE THE CAR. HE NEVER EVEN CAME TO WORK THAT DAY. NOT TO MENTION THE WHOLE REASON I BROUGHT THE CAR IN THIS LAST TIME (ON 9/13) WAS DUE TO THE RED LIGHT WARNING ("RESTRICTED PERFORMANCE") WHICH MR. HERNANDEZ TOLD ME WAS TAKEN CARE OF WHEN I HAD BROUGHT THE CAR IN 4 WEEKS EARLIER TO UNDERGO ITS ANNUAL MAINTENAANCE AND PURCHASE 2 MORE TIRES. ALL IN ALL VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
