My wife and I live in Orlando, 10 minutes from a Land Rover dealership. We drove two hours to get our Velar from Kat because we actually enjoyed the no pressure pleasant dealership. Great experience, Sales team was very easy and relaxed I don’t like like high pressure sales techniques and none of that here at Crown. I found both Michael and this dealership to be very dishonest. I contacted Michael about purchasing a new Range Rover Sport. After a few conversations, both Michael and his manager personally agreed to dishonest. I contacted Michael about purchasing a new Range Rover Sport. After a few conversations, both Michael and his manager personally agreed to sell me the custom vehicle build that I wanted at an agreed upon price. They sent an order agreement contract that I printed and signed and when asking additional questions they then decided to reverse course and refuse to sell me the vehicle at the price in the contract. I want to be very clear, the reason was not because they couldn't get the vehicle, but because they wanted more money for it. Just for the record they wanted money in excess or MSRP. This has to be one of the most dishonest things I have ever experienced. This deal was weeks in the making and involved Michael W, Sales Manager Jeff Joiner, as well as General Manager Michal Niezbecki... all of who were fully aware and the sales manager and general manager had the power to change this decision but it was their decision to deceive me and waste my time. The las thing I would like to add is I jut purchased a Range Rover Sport from them about 3 years ago so I was a loyal returning customer who gave them first shot at the business. When I purchased that vehicle they sent me tons of requests for everyone involved to write good reviews for them which I did. This time, under the circumstances my review is extremely negative. More
