When the Bison was announced, we spoke with several dealers that weren't willing to try and order one for us. My advisor (Mike) met me at prescribed appt time to fix a warranty issue. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Mike came to me in waiting area when my vehicle was ready.
