I have historically ranked working with dealerships as one of the absolute worst customer experiences there are. Our salesman was Bryan Buckhanan and he was amazing to work with. There was no pressure, gimmicky negotiating, and the entire staff was completely transparent and accommodating. We completed most of the paperwork while I was at home, and we completed the transaction in less than 30 minutes the next day. I dropped of somebody to pick up a vehicle that had a recall performed. After a hour +, I called my person to see if all was OK. I was told they never brought the vehicle up for pick up.
