Rachel has been my Cadillac Service Advisor for some time now and she is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. That is the case for Franklin as well, he is very courteous. I don’t like to h now and she is always friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. That is the case for Franklin as well, he is very courteous. I don’t like to have to take my SRX in for service but when I do, it’s actually a pleasure to visit the comfortable waiting area and have these guys helping me in the service center. I actually would rather drive to the dealership for a simple oil change than to get it done at the kwik car next to my neighborhood! Thanks to them for the great service!! More
