I arrived about 2:30pm and stated I must leave to get my children by a certain hour. 5:00pm along and I was still sitting in the waiting room and had to leave. My car wasn’t done with the simple oil change children by a certain hour. 5:00pm along and I was still sitting in the waiting room and had to leave. My car wasn’t done with the simple oil change and wash (I mentioned upon arrival that I had been there previously for 4 hours and could not do that today). She laughed and stated I would definitely not be there 4 hours. My car came out half done then she kept the keys on her desk forcing me to return and causing me to be even later. She put some of my mats back in place and hand wiped the water droplets left on my car, but shop stuff was left in my back seat. When I arrived for the oil change and when I was given the bill, I mentioned the coupon I brought at my last oil change was missed and it had to be put on this one as promised last time. She forgot again too. She had to fix the bill. While this was my home dealership, I’m going back to the one in Grapevine from now on. More
