Service coordinators have generally been very good - especially Tim Wilkins. However, service is often horrendously slow. I usually wait for service to be completed. This past week, it took 3 hours t especially Tim Wilkins. However, service is often horrendously slow. I usually wait for service to be completed. Service advisor is the very best - Taylor goes above and beyond for customers. Sadly, the service department was at the mercy of GM due to a parts backorder situation that lasted for 30 days. The repair was beyond for customers. Sadly, the service department was at the mercy of GM due to a parts backorder situation that lasted for 30 days. The repair was probably done right, but lack of fine-tuning of the transmission has left driving my new XT5 rather "klunky." Not smooth and rather "grabby." I just need to find time to get the car back in for a look-see. More
