When the Bison was announced, we spoke with several dealers that weren't willing to try and order one for us. Matt Taylor not only listened, he immediately started getting information together, and le dealers that weren't willing to try and order one for us. Although we waited 9 months (outside the dealer's control), the dealership and especially Matt were wonderful in answering any questions we had, and made the process quick, painless, and fair. This is our second vehicle we bought from James Wood, and we will be back when we need a new car. Recommended highly to anyone wanting a great buying experience. More
My advisor (Mike) met me at prescribed appt time to fix a warranty issue. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Mike came to me in waiting area when my vehicle was ready. Only issue is that warranty issue. Repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and Mike came to me in waiting area when my vehicle was ready. Only issue is that my problem is still there even with the replacement part so there is another issue with the repair that will require, at the least, one more appt to fix. (More outside places to sit would be nice, particularly if in shady areas) More

If there is such a surcharge it seems the cashier could certainly inform the customer that he has a surcharge to be a implemented if using a credit card but he could pay by cash or check to bypass that surcharge More
