Always good service from James Wood and my advisor Edwin Chan. Not happy at all with the 3% surcharge added to my bill for oil change because I used my GM Rewards credit card. I came in with a slow leak in a tire expecting they would just plug it and I'd be in my way. My service advisor, Tim Wilkins, let me know that they couldn't plug and would have to replace it at a cost of $2 just plug it and I'd be in my way. It was then that he told me that it would be covered by the road hazard insurance I had bought 2 years earlier when I bought the truck I didn't remember I had that policy and it would have been very easy for them to just charge me the full price. I can't thank them (Tim) enough for going the extra mile of checking if I had the Road Hazard policy and for submitting a clam on my behalf. I was thinking of just going to Discount Tire but if I had the policy never would have come up and I'd be out the cost of a new tire. I really am thankful for the fine staff at James Wood and for them going the extra mile for me. More
Almost perfect. I assumed with an oil change, tire rotation, and wash that the washer fluid would be checked. Before I got home the light came on to add fluid. The service department was excellent in communication and in particular, Rachel. She listens well and was professional in taking initiative really helping me out over the phone.
