Arranged to have my wife's BMW oil changed at James Wood AutoPark since I've had such good service on my Chevy SUV. She was initially told upon arrival that they probably did not have the oil or filter to AutoPark since I've had such good service on my Chevy SUV. She was initially told upon arrival that they probably did not have the oil or filter to do the change, but they would try to get it if they didn't. Later they told her that they were able to get it and she'd be out of there in 1-1/2 hours. She was out in 1 hour! More
