I had my deville towed there for repair because it wouldn't start. Agreed to the $200 diagnostic fee which didn't tell them the issue. They had to do more in-depth diagnostic which was an additional $ wouldn't start. Agreed to the $200 diagnostic fee which didn't tell them the issue. They had to do more in-depth diagnostic which was an additional $400 fee. Four days later they finally found ECM wires were "chewed up" and required splicing repairs. The rep was slow with keeping me updated on the repair status, and went into the weekend with no word. Two days later the tech finally finished. I was very patient with them as they had a tech out on vacation. I was charged an additional $600 for the wire repair. So seven days and $1200 later my car was finally running. I feel I would have been better off going somewhere else. More
