I had to wait 3 1/2 hours for something that was not even completed, thus I have to go back to get the job completed. There was no communication about the long wait for the service. Our only dissatisfaction was the cost of the headlights and the lack of recall by Cadillac Rachel is especially helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
