Former employee who has great praise for James wood in every phase. My most recent experience was with the Cadillac service department. Great service and a ride home so I didn't have to wait and then sent every phase. My most recent experience was with the Cadillac service department. Great service and a ride home so I didn't have to wait and then sent a car to pick me up. Had an aircon issue which was corrected within a few hours.
