My Service advisor Krystal is great; I have no issues with her. However, my original appointment was on Monday 8/25, and I had a loaner scheduled. I then had to travel out of the country for work on 9/7 with her. However, my original appointment was on Monday 8/25, and I had a loaner scheduled. I then had to travel out of the country for work on 9/7 so I called James wood and pushed my appointment out a couple of weeks so that the service department could work on my truck and I wouldn't have to take a loaner. I then dropped my truck off on 9/5 and paid for a uber ride home. I was then contacted by the service department saying that there was a two-week lead time before they could even diagnose some of the issues. So, my truck has set up at the dealership for two weeks and nothing was done. I then had to uber back up to the dealership a second time to pick up my truck, and now I am being told that I cannot get my truck scheduled until November 2nd. So, by me doing James Woods a favor and scheduling this repair during my work travel so that I wouldn't have to take one of your loaners I ended up screwing myself and having to pay for two uber rides and now waiting over 10 weeks just to get my truck in the shop. I have a check engine light that is on, and I really do not want to continue to drive until this has been resolved. More

Your labor and materials are way out of hand. Alignment was over $360. For shocks, rear brakes, and brake booster the price was over $3000. There are many other businesses that do the same quality of work for much less. The new text for approval/disapproval of work sucks. Approver/disapproval cannot be changed if wrong selection is selected. I have purchased 5 vehicles from James Wood since 2001. I will not have any more work done at James Wood. Too bad you have not maintained the same attitude as did Mr. Wood. I used to leave your business believing it was okay to spend so much on repairs. It was the quality I was proud of. Now the prices are just too high, and there are other businesses that do the same quality and 2/3 your prices. More
