We were blessed to work with Clay during the process of ordering/purchasing our new vehicle. He genuinely cared about our wants/needs from the beginning. Was told it was likely a warranty issue, but when it was all said and done (3 hours later) they told me it was a simple fix that wasn't covered. Would have been nice to know that ahead of time and had they been honest brokers (Zach), would have given me the option. Spoke to a service manager (Nick) afterwards who told me he would look into it, and call me back, never did. Thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere as your warranty program is a rip off. More
