Service advisor Zach Rhine is great. Very responsive and personable to work with. No fault of Zach's or the dealer, but the availability of loaner cars is challenging. In today's world, people cannot be without a vehicle so the availability of loaner cars is important on choosing where to have service performed (especially when you buy a new car and expect it not be in the shop during warranty period).
