Prior to ordering with Karen @ James Wood, I called 17 dealerships in Texas looking for a Tahoe. Karen was the only individual to take the time and explain the process. She convinced me to order to get the exact Tahoe I desired. Along the way she texted or called me every week with an update. Once receiving my Tahoe she explained every detail to me. Since bringing my Tahoe home I’ve received calls from a couple of James Wood management ensuring 100% satisfaction. I am recommending everyone to James Wood in Decatur! More

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Thomas Lynch (our salesman) went out of his way to do anything for us. Which included letting us drive 8 different vehicles without batti dealership. Thomas Lynch (our salesman) went out of his way to do anything for us. The financing was easy and they even beat the rate I had a pre-approval for. I cannot say enough wonderful things for the experience I had at James Wood!! More
