Painless process but it is still weird to me to have to put down a deposit on a vehicle that you have no idea how much it will cost. This can't last in the industry and hopefully it changes when supply ca put down a deposit on a vehicle that you have no idea how much it will cost. I recently purchased a Hyundai Palisade - Caligraphy trim from James Wood Hyundai. Almost all my interactions have been with Brad Bunch. Brad gave me the best pricing amongst all dealers in the Dallas area from James Wood Hyundai. Almost all my interactions have been with Brad Bunch. Brad gave me the best pricing amongst all dealers in the Dallas area, More importantly, he was extremely transparent with pricing but stayed with me all the way until I took delivery of the vehicle. He was proactive in his communications on when the vehicle would be available for delivery given all the supply chain issues. This is the ninth car I have purchased over the years across different regions, but easily the most pleasant experience I have had interacting with different dealers including some internet-based services.
