Tyler was a very professional person listened to my needs and found what I wanted and didn’t push anything else other than what I was asking for. My credit isn’t the best with tons of medical on my son bein and found what I wanted and didn’t push anything else other than what I was asking for. My credit isn’t the best with tons of medical on my son being special needs and he didn’t judge me one second. He said this is where we are at let me see what we can do. No back and fourth theee four five times to someone else. We talked and I advised how my trade in was and he agreed it was nice and they were close to fair on pricing so we agreed to do it. No hassle no waiting only thing is I wish I could have gotten all services in my payment. Over all it was great More

Since I moved out of Wise County, I choose to drive one hour each way to James Wood to get the oil changed in my vehicles.
