We first visited Herb Chambers Ford in Braintree, MA and every preconception that we had about the car buying process proved to be true. I was greeted and introduced to John and he seemed really interested in trying to meet our needs. John was able to locate a car that fit our needs and he made the process painless. No games, just an attempt to get us into a car that we were looking for. The staff here actually listens to what the customer is looking for rather than trying to sell what they have in inventory. We are happy with our new car and feel that we have discovered a car dealer that we can trust. More

Without a doubt, the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I have personally bought 6 new cars/trucks over the past 20 years - three Fords, two Dodges, and one Chevrolet, so to say this was the best say had. Richard does not come off like a salesperson at all. More like a friend - there was no pressure, he answered every question, took the time to explain all our options, was extremely knowledgeable and didn't waste our time showing us anything we weren't interested in. When it came to price, both he and Edward (the sales manager) made us comfortable. While we did negotiate a little bit, it was very cordial, professional, and repectful. We all came to a mutually agreeable price and I know my wife and I felt itwas a fair and equitable price. Personally, I'm glad to be coming back to Ford. My very first vehicle was a Ford Ranger and it treated me very well. I've heard a lot of good things about the service dept. at Jannell, and while I hope it's only needed for routine maintenance for some time, it is good to know it is so close to where I live. More

I dealt with Eddie Clark, his son Andy and Joanne Kiklis. They were extremely helpful and offered me a lot of advice and suggestions! I came in looking for a Fusion but it seemed the payments were out of my range so they suggested the Focus. I told them I wasn't sure about it and they told me to go check it out and take it for a drive. I absolutely fell in LOVE with it! Bottom line...the service and efficiency at Jannell is exceptional! When it comes time for me to get a new car, Jannell will definitely be my first stop! More

I went on Sunday to look for a used car for my son. The service people were very knowledgable, forthright, helpful. After 2 months of shopping dealerships around the south shore and being completely dissappointed with service and accountability, I finally did an internet search for the 'ideal' truck for me....only 2 opt shore and being completely dissappointed with service and accountability, I finally did an internet search for the 'ideal' truck for me....only 2 options came up and Jannell was one. I got the email which I replied to and got an immediate (or at least it felt that quick!) response with details about my inquiry. Followed up within hours by a live person who (after business hours) offered to send photos from his phone so I could see the truck without driving over in a rush. Next morning, introduced to sales person, Rich Bernard, and within the next two days I had my 'ideal' truck....with the ammenities I needed and wanted and for the price I was willing to pay with my trade in. Overall a great major-purchase experience...already recommended to many clients and friends. Joanne not only did the purchasing paperwork quickly and seamlessly, she renewed my husband's driver's license and registration on-line! Normally this end of the process is the least enjoyable, but Joanne clearly knows her stuff and does it well! Rich followed up after the purchase with minor service issues and has answered his phone everytime I've called... a true example to great sales/service person. Having my own business and worked in the sales/customer service world for years, Jannell has impressed me and will be my favorite to recommend.. More
