I was just stopping by to look at the ford focus not really expecting to buy a car. Jack approached me and was very helpful even though I was interested in a relatively small purchase. I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from Edward Clark, which I understand, I wasn't buying a Shelby Ford Mustang, he wasn't very personable in my opinion. The couple of times that I walked by him, he didn't greet me at all, like a friendly hello would of been ok. Bill and Joanne, on the other hand, went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and showed willingness to help me. If it wasn't for them, I probably wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. More

I have been using Jannell for years for service. I I have been using Jannell for years for service. I purchased one vehicle from them. I brought my 2007 Freestyle there for an A/C problem. I I have been using Jannell for years for service. I purchased one vehicle from them. I brought my 2007 Freestyle there for an A/C problem. I brought my 2008 Taurus there at the same time for tires. I found the service team to be pleasant, professional, and cooperative. They diagnosed the the A/C problem and repaired it. I was kept informed during the prossess. I was shopping around for tires. Jannell priced up a couple of options for me. They were competitive. I bought a set from them. The service team also informed me of a no finance charge option for paying over time. i took advantage of that option. Rebates were also available with this option. What could be better? Good group of people. More

I have known this dealership for about 5 years now. My wife bought a car about 5 years ago, and we kept in touch. Jannell's service department is very clean, helpful, and professional, and we were very happy with the kinds of service we were getting for my wife's first new car. Now I needed a car, but I had a lot of issues with my credit. Two finance managers worked on it, tried their best, and gave up. Then William Roderick, the General Manager, took on this challenge and made it happen. Now I not only have a new car, but also I can build my credit up from the bottom. Truly it is a rarity that a consumer would help a deserving customer to build a credit up, especially in this economy where everybody is so scared. Thank you Bill. Thanks Jannell. More
