They started by offering me a fair amount of money for my trade (consistent with Kelley and Edmunds), which I appreciated because other dealerships always seem to low-ball trade-ins. We settled on a fair amount for the new vehicle without too much back and forth and I was out the door with the new truck soon after. I showed up at the dealership with a pre-approved auto loan from my own bank but they were able to shop around and get me a much better rate, saving me $35 per month. I would not hesitate to go back. Amazing experience. My husband and I went to Jannell Ford to look at a specific car we found on their website and unfortunately when we got there someone had just purchas My husband and I went to Jannell Ford to look at a specific car we found on their website and unfortunately when we got there someone had just purchased the exact car we drove 45 minutes to see. Our salesperson Mark Suppa and his manager Eddie Clark put us at ease right away and went into the system to try to locate us another vehicle. They were able to locate a couple of other cars at other dealerships but then we found that they had another color that we really liked with all the options we were looking for in their stock so it was a win win for all. They made the car burying experience that we usually find so painful, very easy and they both had great personalities and we're easy to talk honestly to. He truly made our car buying experience smooth and easy. We were offered Hot Chocolate, Coffee, Brownies, Baked Goods etc., in a Beautiful, comfortable showroom!! If it is possible to have fun and feel like you made a new friend while buying a new car, David made this happen for us !! Awesome ! I would recommend this to everyone who needs a new vehicle !! Treated like a Queen 3 weeks ago i was in a car accident. noone was injured thank God. After owning my car since 2005, the insurance company had to total it , a complete loss. i did not receive very much money for my vehicle either. you see i'm a single parent of a 24 year old disabled son. i work full time and struggle to honor my financial obligations. i was not expecting to have to replace my car for at least another 2 years. i had to rent a car and decided i would rent a Ford Fusion from enterprise and loved it. so after a little thought i decided i would like to buy a Ford Fusion. i went to Jannel Ford in Hanover. i was treated like a queen. i had very specific expectations, regarding monthly payment, interest and the amount of money i could put down on the car. they went out of their way to accomidate me.. the inside of the car dealership was gorgeous. comfortable couches, delicious snacks and hot drinks, not to mention the excellent service and very friendly staff. Mike Kinney was the man who sold me my car. He was warm, explained everything and answered all of my questions. Ed Clark was funny, warm ad friendly.../ Joanne Hudson was the kind of person you feel like you've known for a lifetime even after 15 minutes. i really very comfortable around all of the staff. the one thing that really impressed me was how easily they answered ALL my questions and explained everything in great detail. i give Jannel Ford 5 stars... in a world were most companies do not give very good service.
