I had my maintenance done there the entire lease and always had a great experience. So I knew I only wanted to go there. Jack Bresnahan, my sales guy, found what I was looking for in a day and the deal was closed that night. Joanne Hudson, the business manager, was great covering all the financial aspects and had me laughing the whole time. When I went to pick new Ford Escape Eddie Clark, the sales manager, was awesome. There was a minor detail that needed to be addressed on my terminating lease. Eddie and his team not only solved the issue, they do very generously. I would never think of going any where else for my car needs. Eddie, Jack and Joanne were fantastic, as I'm sure all of the employees of Jannell Ford are. More

Great experience, even though we didn't buy....yet. We went in hoping to trade in our 2013 Explorer on a 2016 Expedition. At first we were alarmed at the low trade in offer. They produced an auto check We went in hoping to trade in our 2013 Explorer on a 2016 Expedition. At first we were alarmed at the low trade in offer. They produced an auto check report that showed the Explorer had been in 2 accidents before we bought it as a CPO vehicle. They took the time to demonstrate to us how the accidents hurt the value, and that due to worn tires and other issues, dealership 1 shouldn't have sold it as a CPO vehicle. We can't expect them to absorb the loss we took as a result of dealership 1's apparent dishonesty. They also took the time to show us a used alternative that would have helped ease our burden getting out of the Explorer. They were sympathetic to our situation. More
