Most (all) of the other responding dealers just followed up incessantly like they were cold calling, not acknowledging what we wrote or requested, but just hammering us with "When will you come in for a test drive? When will you come in for a test drive?" In contrast, the Jannell team was helpful from beginning to end. They provided a detailed quote and trade-in estimate, then even raised their trade-in price by nearly $1000 on-site (unprompted). In two visits (initial test drive, then final delivery), Evan and his team met us *after* closing time (due to our schedule constraints), working thoroughly and expeditiously to get the deal done on our terms. They were all exceptionally professional, courteous and trustworthy. Through out the whole process we were treated respectfully, not rushed and our salesperson, Evan, took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted in a car. There were none of the usual "games" that other dealers played with us in the past in regards to price and trade-in. We love our new Ford Explorer! Our first Ford, but not our last! We can say this, that Jannell Ford will be the only dealership we will ever work with again. We can truly say that this was the first time in our lives that we actually enjoyed purchasing a car. The finance person explained everything in detail about all the extra packages that were available to us and we got to buy what we wanted without pressure. When we picked the car up our salesman Evan showed us how to operate everything in the car, and I mean everything. He also gave us his card and told us to feel free to call him with any questions we may have. By the time we completed our experience we felt more like family instead of some random couple just buying another car. Very Patient and Friendly I made a quick decision to look into purchasing a new vehicle. After seeing a commercial for end of the year deals and special financing, I crunched s I made a quick decision to look into purchasing a new vehicle. After seeing a commercial for end of the year deals and special financing, I crunched some numbers and realized I may be able to get a brand new car with no money down and keep or LOWER my monthly payments. I contacted Jannell and wound up working with Alex. She was very accommodating to me and my 18 month old son that I had in tow. When I told her I was only looking to buy vehicle if it met my financial expectations, she worked with me to find a couple of options that might work. She and her sales manager Ed never tried to up-sell me on bigger or more expensive vehicles when I told them I was only interested if we could make it work for absolutely no money down (other than my trade). I left that day, spoke to my husband, and the next day I came back and walked away with a brand new 2014 Escape with $0 out of my pocket and I'm paying $13 less per month than my 2011 Escape. I got exactly what I went there for and had a great experience all around. Oh, and I also left with a big red balloon that Alex gave my son which saved us all from an epic toddler meltdown! Would definitely recommend and I will be back in a few years for my next Ford. More
