It was due to his knowledge and openness of the Ford products that kept me there throughout the negotiations. He worked very hard to give me the best deal. I was able to drive away very satisfied in my new F150 truck that same day. Jannell is going through a major renovation so I am sure the facility will be even more inviting in a few months. The financing portion of the transaction was not painful either. Joanne Kiklis took time to discuss the final numbers and protection plans. Jerry from the parts department stayed later in order for me to get the items that I wanted. Even though I live more than 50 miles away from Jannell Ford I look forward to having my truck serviced there. More

Got me what I wanted. It's amazing how hard other dealerships tried to sell us on their red Expedition or white Expedition they had in stock, when we clearly stated we want It's amazing how hard other dealerships tried to sell us on their red Expedition or white Expedition they had in stock, when we clearly stated we want silver! We arrived at Jannell and their response was totally different: "you want silver? we'll find you silver." Not only that but they took the time to go through the vehicle options and made sure we had considered everything. They quickly found the car we wanted - in Pennsylvania - and had it delivered to us 48 hours later. More

The salesman Bill Pellagini was honest and very knowledgeable about the Ford Explorer that we were interested in. The usual back and forth between the salesman and the GM who is usually behind an unapproachable counter never happened. In fact just the opposite happened GM Bill Roderick was upfront and honest about the whole trade in and deal. We never haggled, it was amazing in under one hour we had come to an agreement and on our way to switch from Chevy to Ford, First time ever for me. Then when I picked the car up Andy Clark was able to synch my phone, and give me a quick tutorial on the electronics on the car which with me was a huge help getting me started. We are from Stoneham Ma, we have a Ford dealer in our town, and believe me the trip to Hanover was worth it. More
