I live in Mankato, but loved the experience I had at Jeff Belzers in Lakeville so much I went back there recently to trade in my 2017 Kia Forte for a 2019! I am leasing, and they make the process very smooth for the customer. Sarah Whitney is excellent and took numerous calls from me prior to my lease end date to answer my questions and concerns and put me at ease. Austin Younger helped me trade in my lease, and it was nothing but a wonderful, easy experience. I will be coming back in 3 years when this lease ends. More

They were extremely helpful and were very conscious of our budget and worked hard My wife and I had a great experience working with the Belzer's team. One thing the team could improve on when looking at peoples budgets, is don't forget to estimate in taxes when working to a monthly budget. That is something that surprised us at the end, because we don't do this everyday. We were using the sticker price to guide us, not final price. This wasn't a deal breaker, just something that would help mitigate surprises at the very end of the purchase. Diego was open and honest with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Jeff Belzer's to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly staff. More
