Pleasant experience throughout. We stopped in to look at a Kia SUV, having had great luck with 3 previous Kia purchases at Belzer's. After a Kia test drive, my wife was not happy with the driver's seating, so we moved on to look at other alternatives, settling on an Equinox. We ended up leaving that day wanting to think things over, and came back a few days later. Each time we stopped at the store we were quickly greeted by friendly and professional sales staff. Mary Jo, who we've dealt with on previous purchases, once again took the time to help reach a good solution for the final vehicle and my wife's seating concerns. Mary Jo kept us in our price range and helped sort through features and benefits. On our second vehicle test drive, we discovered a problem with the power driver's seat, which was repaired while we were doing the paperwork. Josh and the finance work went smoothly and quickly. Tyler did a good job of explaining the vehicle features to my wife. We left feeling good about the experience AND the purchase. More

Felt as though we were wasting sales associates time We were rushed when looking at vehicles as there was little parking space, and they “needed to be moved”. When asking questions, the sales associate said “well I have someone else coming in to see me so I will need to wrap this up” as we are trying to buy a vehicle. The wait time for financing was an hour and a half, and with two little children that is extremely long. I think quicker financing would be better customer service. More
