Best truck buying experience We visited four dealerships in one day. At the first three it felt like we had to work to get the answers and service we wanted. At Belzers we were We visited four dealerships in one day. At the first three it felt like we had to work to get the answers and service we wanted. At Belzers we were taken care of from the start. Nothing pushy, but friendly answers and information. Even though they were busy, Blaine gave us all the time we needed even when we made it clear we wouldn't be buying that day. When we returned, Matt helped us with the purchase and moved us through the process efficiently This will be my first and last stop next time I need another truck. More

Just the facts. No pressure Was in the market for a new Dodge Durango. Andy and Josh went to work to acquire the vehicle we wanted as it wasn't available on the lot - didn't t Was in the market for a new Dodge Durango. Andy and Josh went to work to acquire the vehicle we wanted as it wasn't available on the lot - didn't take long and they came thru.. Our experience finalizing the sale, doing the paper work etc. was the best ever. Tim got us a great rate for financing the car and provided solid guidance on extended warranty packages. Cole provided good info on the various additional add-on products that a person might want for their vehicle i.e. rust prevention and other car preservation/protection products - he gave us the facts and let us decide what, if anything, we wanted. Andy and Josh were great. They were friendly, professional and straight shooters. It was a great overall car buying experience. More

Lied about car being inspected. Un-Professional Lied to me about car being inspected. Immediately problems with car. Had to take to get fixed. (less than a week after owning car) Place that I had Lied to me about car being inspected. Immediately problems with car. Had to take to get fixed. (less than a week after owning car) Place that I had it fixed- said there was no way car was inspected. Radiator had a hole in it. Low on oil too. I made 2 attempts to get ahold of Donny. He did not call back. I am not sure why a dealership would just completely ignore customer. Even if car was sold as is.. a little customer service would maybe help with a referral to potential clients. If anyone ever asks for my opinion of a good dealership. Nothing good will be said about this place and Donny. More
