Buying experience was handled by Jarret (salesman) who did an excellent job. Very considerate and followed up with any questions that we had. We had a very similar experience with finance department and with instructions on all options with vehicle. All around it was easy to buy from them and pricing was excellent as well One reason we ended up buying a Ford was because of Fords sponsorship of donating Ford Flex vehicles to DIsabled American Vets which I am affiliated with. More
A serious waste of time I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and agreed to the asking price. But the vehicle itself had an issue. After multiple days of trying to remedy I was interested in purchasing a vehicle and agreed to the asking price. But the vehicle itself had an issue. After multiple days of trying to remedy the issue of a vehicle for sale that was missing a portion of the exhaust, several email messages and phone calls later I was finally left a voice mail by Zach stating the following: "Zach Anderson here from Jeff Belzer Ford. Hey, got some great news for you here, the raptor you've been considering sold." My time is worth something and to have a message left stating that shows that Jeff Belzer does not respect my time as a customer. Because if this process and final message, I will take the time to say this, if you are not in the area near this dealership and can go elsewhere, do. After dozens of vehicle purchases over the years, this dealership process and communication ranks worst. More

Misleading Things started off well, but ended up leaving us with a bad experience. I called about a used vehicle and Darin looked into things for me. He gave m Things started off well, but ended up leaving us with a bad experience. I called about a used vehicle and Darin looked into things for me. He gave me all the info I needed and scheduled an appointment for me to come down and take a look the following day. I expressed interest in purchasing the vehicle and was coming for 45 minutes away. When something came up and I asked to postpone, he said it was no problem but that he would be out and would have someone else assist. Within an hour, I followed up to see if I could get my financing prepared for the following day since it was a Saturday and the banks close at 1pm. He texted me that he would have to see if the vehicle was still available (so although I had an appointment at 3pm to look at buying the car, now at 4pm, he wasn't sure if it was available). I immediately got the sense I was being pressured/rushed/scammed. I had a conversation about my frustration and concerns with the salesperson who Darin was having me meet the next day. I was also told at this time that they had just beat my bank's loan rate. They encouraged me to come in the morning instead of afternoon the next day to make sure someone else didn't buy the car first - mind you, it had been on their lot for almost 2 months. They wouldn't hold the car for someone driving from a little further away. They even told me they didn't hold a car for someone driving 4 hours away. And that's customer satisfaction priority?? When we arrived the next day, we decided pretty quickly to move forward with the purchase. It was an extremely slow process. We didn't need to run numbers, already knew our intentions on financing but our new sales person, Joe Kennedy, kept walking through the scenario and having us sign papers that were irrelevant. By the time he got the paperwork to financing, we had been there over an hour. I reminded them we needed the rates before my bank closed so we could use them if they didn't beat it. An hour later, they hadn't even started our paperwork. We were there 3 hours before the finance manager was ready to see us, and this was over an hour after our bank closed. When he showed us the numbers, they were over 2% higher than our bank. Of course, we were forced to either finance with them that day, come back when the bank opened a couple days later or walk. It seemed everyone was making excuses and pointing fingers. At this point, we also learned that Joe was brand new and the finance guy had never even heard of Darin. There were several other pain points in the process. In the end, we were there for 4.5 hours and were not "satisfied" when we left despite their repeated times of telling us customer satisfaction was #1. I would NOT recommend this dealership. More

The price and rebates advertised on the internet was THE price and rebates honored. No gimmicks. Julio arranged for customizations and all possible paperwork to be completed in advance and even assisted in my travel to the dealership from the airport. I was able to finalize paper work and was shortly driving off with my new Jeep Cherokee. Truly a hassle free experience. More
