I called there Friday morning and while the dealer was about 2 hours away, the team quickly arranged an appt, directed me to the location, and greeted me when I arrived. From there Scotty C ran me through the vehicle, options, and payment. By 6pm I was leaving with a sweet new Jeep. Thanks again to the entire team for a great experience! More

Poor customer service experience We bought a suburban from Belzers in New Prague after being promised we’d be given a stock set of wheels to replace the aftermarket ones it came with. We bought a suburban from Belzers in New Prague after being promised we’d be given a stock set of wheels to replace the aftermarket ones it came with. Very long story short, our salesman ignored us for a year before I was finally able to get the attention of Jon Barrows the general sales manager. He took care of it within a week which was nice but didn’t quite make up for the poor treatment we received for almost a full year. Maybe it was just the one salesman but we will not be buying another vehicle from them. I will say though that I am happy with how it was resolved in the end I just wish it hadn’t taken so much time and effort to get them to fulfill their end of the deal, especially on such a small matter. More

Was there all day and I mean all day Went to purchase a car for my husband and pay cash for it with a trade in. The salesperson was nice however the person who does the trade in value ie Went to purchase a car for my husband and pay cash for it with a trade in. The salesperson was nice however the person who does the trade in value ie Barry was doing his job of trying to undercut the client to the point of it being rediculous. Lucky we had the paperwork from the bluebook that backed up where the price really should be at. With some painful negotiation between the salesperson, Barry and my husband via telephone they were all able to come to a meeting of the minds and a fair price. They even threw in a new battery. Everything seemed fine and good until yesterday when I received mail about my ‘financing request’ that I never made. My credit was also pulled without my permission however I also did not grant permssion nor did I ever fill out a credit application. I am really upset over this breach of trust and breach of how my information was used at their place of buisness. Infact, I really regret going to them as this has never happened to me at any other dealership but theirs and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my lifetime. I have left voice mails and have been trying to get ahold of them. I really want this resolved. I think people need to be cautious when handing out their drivers license to these people as you do not know what they will use those details for. I did not really mind being there all day if the end result was my husbands vehicle was detailed properly etc, however I do mind my information being shared out when I did not request it as well as my credit pulled. This is serious and I would give no stars because of it. More

Bent axle story 2 weeks after I bought a 7yr old vechicle I discovered it hada bent axle. Belzer pd a Toyota dealer to replace it at no charge to me.
