Friendly sales but overall poor dealership experience I had initially inquired online to confirm pricing and the availability of a new F-350 Platinum I wanted. It was available, so I set an appointment an I had initially inquired online to confirm pricing and the availability of a new F-350 Platinum I wanted. It was available, so I set an appointment and made the 2hr drive. The 2 sales people I dealt with were courteous and friendly. However, Belzer's unconditional pricing was said to be without games but they tried to keep an additional $500 rebate that I qualified through Ford by stating it was already in the price. This was not true, as I confirmed all rebates before making the trip. After much back and forth and even showing them all listed rebates, they finally included the additional $500. It was irritating to have to go through this, even when it was obvious what they were doing. Additionally, they will not take money down to hold the vehicle, even for a couple of days. I was going to "trade in" my current truck and to save on tax and my brother was going to buy it for that price. This is called a pass-through. They agreed to do so (for a $595 fee, which was perfectly fine) but my brother was unavailable to come down the same day I made the appointment, so we scheduled another appointment a couple of days later to complete the final transaction.....The next day they sold the truck from under me due to their no money down holding policy. I understand they have their rules but it was a complete waste of time and money to make a 4 hr round trip and spend hours at the dealer. Very disappointing to say the least. I would have gladly put $20k, or even $40k+ down to hold it because I was buying it for sure and we had an appointment date set to do so. There is no customer loyalty. It's a cheap price for the first in line and if you aren't signing the papers that day, the give it to the next person regardless of circumstances.... That is well within their right but an extremely poor way to do business. To add to that, they stated they would dealer trade another truck but I would have to pay $2,300 MORE for another truck that had LESS MSRP! If I'm going to pay more money, I'll go elsewhere. Friendly sales people but very poor business ethics on the dealership's behalf. Sorry guys, thanks for your time. More

My lease was ending in May this year, but I was already over miles so I called my sales guy Alex Burns and let him know my situation. He gave me all of the details of what it would cost to end my lease early and actually advised me to wait until my lease ended because I would end up paying about the same amount and would get to drive my car for 4 more months. About 3 weeks later he called me back with a great deal on a new Jeep that would actually save me money even with ending my lease - the fact that he had kept me in mind and called me when he knew the timing was better instead of rushing me into something was truly one of a kind service! Alex and his team went above and beyond to help me find the car that I loved and I'll definitely be calling on them for all future car needs! More
