I've dealt with NP Ford LM since 2006 and also purchased 7 vehicles from them. Everytime we are treated with respect and receive an excellent product at an excellent price. They are not a "one price" deal 7 vehicles from them. Everytime we are treated with respect and receive an excellent product at an excellent price. They are not a "one price" dealer, which is good. Because of their low overhead, they can beat the one price dealers around the Twin Cities. Furthermore, their service department is outstanding. They pride themselves on "fix right the first time". This dealership and their employees represent the highest standards that Ford Motor Company demands and should be recognized for it by Ford. More

After making a used car purchase from the dealership, our car developed some problems with the emmision system shortly after we left. Returned the car to the dealership and the repaired the issues at no cos car developed some problems with the emmision system shortly after we left. Returned the car to the dealership and the repaired the issues at no cost to us, which turned out to be more than expected ($$$$). Also, made the whole expierence very easy on us with very little inconveinence to us. Drove down and picked up our car (180 miles each way) and provided a loaner car for us while they repaired ours. Thanks again for the excellent service and standing behind their product, at great expense to them. More

I had a very hassle free buying experience from New Prague Auto Group. Their internet pricing was very competitive. I received a call within an hour of inquiring about my new vehicle over the interne Prague Auto Group. Their internet pricing was very competitive. I received a call within an hour of inquiring about my new vehicle over the internet. The vehicle was explained to be in excellent condition, and to my suprise, they delivered exactly what they promised, a clean vehicle that had no suprises. They even bought me lunch as we were doing the paperwork over the lunch hour! I would drive the extra hour to do business with these guys again and I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends and neighbors to them. More

Gerard is a great guy to work with, the kind of person you can get to know and trust. I am a handicap driver so it is not easy to test drive the car let alone be able to buy one. My sale Rep drove the car over to my house and took me for a ride so i could get the feel of it and also was a the car let alone be able to buy one. My sale Rep drove the car over to my house and took me for a ride so i could get the feel of it and also was able to check out the Sync system which ended up being a huge in my decision making process. I was given a very reasonable price to buy new and was able to get them to have everything ready so that with my trade in, i could drive there and leave with my new car all ready to go for me.
