I had exceptional service at this dealer. Heather in the service department did a great job keeping me informed of what was going to be fixed on the cost. I was told my car would be ready the next day later service department did a great job keeping me informed of what was going to be fixed on the cost. I was told my car would be ready the next day later in the day, I was surprised when I got a call at 11 AM that day that my car was already fixed. I had taken my 2016 Honda pilot to headquarter Honda in Clermont three or four times trying to get the emissions light problem fixed. Every time I pulled out of the parking lot the light came on again so needless to say it was not fixed. Someone told me about Jenkins Honda and I went up there and I couldn’t be happier. Finally five years later my problem is fixed. I will return to Jenkins Honda anytime I need service from now on I give them a 10 out of 10 both in service and customer service. More
