In addition to the service performed, I discussed purchasing four new tires for my car wirh Samantha and Michael. Their knowledge and professionalism led me to schedule a date for purchase and installation of four new tires in respect to my own schedule. I felt that my interaction with Jenkins Honda personnel Samantha and Michael was very helpful and respectful to me as a customer. I would most assuredly recommend Jenkins Honda to my friends and associates. More
I find all the rave reviews odd. They are hit or miss at best. I was completely lied to by “Nat”, one of the sales managers. Even the GM, JASON called me to apologize for Nat’s treatment. He told me I could lease a CIVIC for $350 a month with $2000 down, not the Pilot that I wanted. Even though the national Honda Ad shows a Civic lease for $189 a month. I will not be purchasing from this dealership ever again. I will gladly take my business AGAIN to Clermont’s Headquarter Honda. But I guess I owe Nat a “thank you” for “driving” me to Headquarter Honda. BTW... Kristen, the customer sales associate promised me they’d get back to me that same day with my concerns. Another LIE. Didn’t hear from Jason until 3 days later. Oh, and they never gave me the $25 gift card for the test drive. So, if you do choose to go to this dealership, good luck. I for one, won’t be back. And I purchase cars every 3-4 years. More

While are enjoying our new 2021 CV-V, the process took 3:45 hours and we had to return (due to our time limits) to have our phones hooked up and the features explained. Also, after we said "No" to the extra insurance, Ted was persistent until we agreed to add the basic. My husband was upset about this. Finally, it will take several weeks to schedule tinted front windows and add the pin stripe that was forgotten. This was disappointing. More
