I was in DIRE straits, and Phyllis saved the day. On our way from St. Petersburg, Florida to Atlanta Georgia, we had planned to stop in Gainesville to spend the night. I called in the morning, but neither the Ocala nor the Gainesville dealers could get me in because they were so busy. I went to Tires Plus to get a diagnosis and they said my water pump had a leak. Given that I am still under warranty, I did not want to drop $500 on the service. I called back in a panic, and Phyllis told me to come in and come straight to her desk. She got everything handled. I got my car back the same day, and made it to my friend's wedding in Atlanta safely and on time! I am so thankful to Phyllis and your entire team. More

Gus was fabulous! Second time he got us a good deal and even treated us to lunch. We love our new Hyundai Tucson. Not the price but the SUV is great! I don’t normally write reviews but I had such an incredible experience, I wanted to share it and give credit where due. I called into the dealership as frustrated customer because I had purchase incredible experience, I wanted to share it and give credit where due. I called into the dealership as frustrated customer because I had purchased a certified pre-owned Sonata the end of March, just four months ago. It had already been in the shop for 1 month of those 4 months when Thursday I got in the car and it wouldn't start. The tow truck driver I had to call said it was a dead battery. I called Jenkins and was told the battery probably wouldn't be covered and I would have to purchase a new one. Needless to say, I was a little upset. I ended up talking with my sales person, Nico (Nicolas Estrada Avila) and he told me to bring the car in and if the battery wasn't covered, he would personally pay for it. It is people like Nico, and the way he was willing to go out of his way to make sure I was taken care of, that will bring me back to Jenkins Ocala time and time again. And because of the way Nico went out of his way, he will be the person I contact if I decide to purchase another car. So, if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai and are in the Ocala, FL area, I recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala and Nico Avila as your salesperson. They truly do look after their customers.
