My most recent encounter was for an oil change and recall. All went well, but on my way home, I noticed the oil change sticker wasn't changed. I had to return to the dealership to check if the oil cha recall. All went well, but on my way home, I noticed the oil change sticker wasn't changed. I had to return to the dealership to check if the oil change was indeed done, and I got a new sticker. It may be just a mistake, but it cost me time and gas. More
