Went online to look at their inventory. Got a price on a car I wanted to look at. I went in, test drove THAT EXACT car and my wife LOVED it. So we go to buy it. The salesman comes in with a price about $6,0 car I wanted to look at. I went in, test drove THAT EXACT car and my wife LOVED it. So we go to buy it. The salesman comes in with a price about $6,000 higher and said "we're not responsible for incorrect pricing". I about walked out, but he went to see if he could get a better deal. He comes back with $3,000ish more than online price. It felt like a bait and switch, get us in with a good price and switch it and claim no fowl. I went on and got it because my wife loved it. Then I noticed they charged $1,500ish reconditioning fee PLUS their dealer fee. THEN we go to the credit check and finding a financer. EVERY time I've bought a car I've been shown financing choices from lenders with their and picked the one I wanted. I had to ASK what my APR was going to be and didn't know who through. All in all a horrible experience. More

Recently I brought my car into the service department with paint peeling off the roof and hood. Aaron in service promptly scheduled for it to be fixed. It only had 28,000 miles on it. We scheduled a few with paint peeling off the roof and hood. Aaron in service promptly scheduled for it to be fixed. It only had 28,000 miles on it. We scheduled a few weeks out. It took several phone calls to get a repair order so I could reserve a rental car. I dropped the car off as scheduled. It was to be ready in one week. It took over 3 weeks, 15-20 phone calls, with no return calls. I had no idea what was going on or what to tell the rental car place. No one wanted to help me find out what was going on, they kept referring me to Aaron, who didn't return my phone calls. Finally he called me back and said they were having trouble with dust in the paint shop and he wanted to make sure it was right for me. That was greatly appreciated. I got my car back at the end of the day and it had been raining, once it was home I noticed the paint wasn't the same color, there was a new chip in the paint that had been covered with touch up paint, sanded "rub marks" with no paint on it at all and under the hood is a nightmare. There is paint spatter everywhere and dust. The paint was rubbed into the rubber and plastic parts. It looks like a high school kid practiced on it. I went back in two days later, which was the first chance I had. I showed it to the service advisors, there were two of them. They agreed and saw all the mess that I saw and said they would have Aaron call me. Still haven't heard from him. I tried calling him again, and finally asked to be sent to the GM. Jason answered the phone and told me that my car wasn't even under warranty and that they were just doing me a favor. He said it looked better than when I brought it in and said my issue was with the place where I bought it. I told him the place where I bought it is not who painted it. I can't believe they would let a car leave looking like this and that he doesn't even care about the level of work that's being done on cars under his management. I wasn't charged for the work and thought it was still under warranty. Now if I ever want to sell my car, it's value is greatly decreased due to their sloppy work. I have no idea what it will cost to get my car back to what it should be. Jason was rude and condescending. More

We love taking our car there for service, always good. There has been a big change in the Service Department since my last service (oil change) visit. Still great service, but the whole process has been streamlined!!!! From the minute I drove into the service bay untill the service was complete, I paid and left. Promises made timewise on target, car washed, every employee friendly and efficient, all things completed in the time stated (in fact 10 minutes early) VERY IMPRESSIVE!! No wonder I have purchased multiple Hyundaiis and my friends and relatives have also purchased here at Jenkins Hyundai. Cudos to all!! More
