We arrived by 11 for our scheduled appt. But 11:40 no one had come to talk with us. So I searched out our service tech, Michael Zecco. He checked into situation and found that service bay had neglected one had come to talk with us. So I searched out our service tech, Michael Zecco. He checked into situation and found that service bay had neglected to bring in ticket, although our keys were there inside. He confirmed reasons we brought car in. He said due to our wait, that if one of the issues wasn't covered by our warranty, he would make it right. Our ticket came back totally N/C. More

Nicolas Avila and Mark Shelley were wonderful throughout the process. Initially we were there to service the old Santa Fe and Nick sold us on a new one.
