It was a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced at a factory service dealer. I recently purchased my 2016 Hyundai GT from Jenkins Hyundai in Gainesville Florida. I wanted to meet the Service Manage factory service dealer. I recently purchased my 2016 Hyundai GT from Jenkins Hyundai in Gainesville Florida. I wanted to meet the Service Manager, and sales manager as I will be having my vehicle serviced at this dealership as it needs to be serviced. I could take my vehicle to other outlets such as Pep Boys, Tire centers etc.. I am hoping that by meeting you both IE Service and Sales Manager that when I have a problem if I have a problem you all will get involved with corporate to rectify same. I will provide you all a example. I am a USA Auto Guy as well as American goods and services. I have not lately been satisfied with Ford my last 2013 Ford Focus Had a factory Transmission problem and when I went to have the problem corrected I wound up with an 800.00 bill. I immediately got rid of that car. I had purchased a 3500 dollar warranty and found that the catalytic converter was not covered after 80,000 miles the car had 83000, with no assistance from the dealership where I bought the car. I am hoping that I will get better service from Hyundai Ocala. Let me say one more thing I am interested in purchasing an extended warranty as well. Thank you for your time.
