Wow. Just Wow. 1. Made offer online that he couldn't keep (forgot to add interest to my payment). Will not provide any written offer until you actually came to deal 1. The car I wanted suddenly became "sold" not one hour after we agreed to terms (OK, this could happen I know but added to suspicion) 3. Sold me another car at a higher price than originally agreed that he told me he'd have two days later without ever getting confirmation it was available. It wasn't. 4. After I told him I bought elsewhere all of a sudden they had found a car and were waiting to call me about it (really?) GM called these "honest mistakes" and told me to take my business elsewhere. Read yelp reviews, please. Full of stories about how they don't honor internet prices and frequently use bait and switch tactics. More
