The reason I came in was an oil change. Excellent customer service! Very professional, kept me up to date on progress.. Now, while waiting for the vehicle, a sales person came by to discuss a opportunity to purchase a vehicle.. all was good until later, when he spoke with my husband about the new car... after the back and forth negotiation, the unprofessionalism came out from your sales person! He made a wonderful experience with your company to a disaster. Now the vehicle I am interested in purchasing, won’t occur. We will return to Honda to buy. I am sorry to say, I won’t be returning. Apparently, Treating customers with professionalism is not a priority with your sales department! Your repair department, however, is Excellent! More

Mark was a pleasure to work with. W worked with Mark Shelley to purchase our new 2020 Santa 2.0T Limited. Mark was very helpful in showing us the features of the vehicle, more so than W worked with Mark Shelley to purchase our new 2020 Santa 2.0T Limited. Mark was very helpful in showing us the features of the vehicle, more so than any other test drive we had take and even connected his own phone to demo Apple CarPlay for us. He listened to our concerns and answered all questions. Mark was even willing to go back to the sales manager with counter after the final offer was presented. Worth the 200 mile round trip. Thanks.
