I’m accustomed to a lot of double talk at every dealership I’ve ever dealt with. You will not get this from Tim. I understand he has to have the support of management but he followed through on everything he told us and there were no hidden surprises. I recommend Jenkins in Ocala and I especially recommend Tim. Great Car. But I believe that I acted hastely, only 1-day Great car, the G80. G90 is greater, but too large for us. I now believe that I acted too quickly in accepting the final price and lease. I now truly believe that I did not receive enough for my 2014 Avalon-Limited trade-in and that other prices could have been negotiated to somewhat lower values if we had not leased this 2020 G80 the same day that we drove and viewed it. My wife and I have bought over 11 cars from here. My wife and I only go here to get our cars. Customer service is always at 100% . This time I came in for an oil change @12k miles and walked out with a new suv for my wife and my soon to be son. It’s like a family when I walk in and know everyone’s names , from Thomas , Cote,Sal,Jeremy, and now Nicholas that helped me there the other day. Trust me, if your looking for a car @ a great deal they will get you to the number you need to be at. The other thing is I never take surveys ever ( who does really ?) and only do them when service sucks so you know it’s great here if I’m taking a good survey 😊 More

Biggest liars of any car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local s Was on my way from Georgia (already 200 miles from home) to buy the car that they quoted me over the phone at an agreed price.My father lives local so he went to the dealership first to make sure the deal was on and when he gets there they tell him “ oh sorry, that car was sold 2 days ago but we have this used 4 year old car for basically the same price” HA HA! They really think people are that stupid or something? Needless to say they used their bait and switch tactics to get us in there. Their prices they quote you online are all BS because now they are trying to tell us the car that they quoted me for is going to be another $6,000....talk about false advertisement and down right criminal liars. So glad I took a 400 mile road trip today for no reason. More
