Started Off On The Wrong Foot We scheduled a test drive with this dealership for a vehicle in limited supply after the internet sales team (which turned out to be business developm We scheduled a test drive with this dealership for a vehicle in limited supply after the internet sales team (which turned out to be business development team) confirmed they would definitely have the vehicle on site. We drove 2 hours from our home for the test drive and were ready to purchase it but when we arrived we were told by another salesperson that the internet/biz-dev team we spoke with was not there and the vehicle was not available; what a waste of our time! The only person that attempted to make things right was a manager, Salina, who let us test drive her own personal vehicle (same short-supply trim we wanted) just to make our long trip worthwhile. We appreciated her efforts to make someone else's HUGE wrongs into a right but it was not enough to earn our business. They admittedly would have to trade with other dealers to get out preferred trim/color combo but their efforts took too long to even get back to us. Another miss was how this dealer (and many others) are taking advantage of the vehicle's short supply and tacking on outrageous, unjustified markups of $4,000 to $6,000! Talk about price gouging justified as "market-adjusted premiums"! For our terrible experience, Salina was willing to waive the markups. Again, commendable for one person doing their best to make things right, but was not enough that made us comfortable to do business with this location. We ultimately bought a different trim/color of this vehicle already due to be delivered in short time at another dealer much closer to our home, and without any markups! If you have to buy from this location, bypass the internet sales/biz-dev teams and work directly with the in-person managers. More
