Excellent Buying Experience Then I was Screwed! I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership I was in the market for a new Hyundai Palisade. I tried the car purchase service through my warehouse club, but just kept getting the usual dealership double talk and run around. Finally I found some Palisades at Jenkins online. After a few short emails with Sales Manager Reagan Dean, we agreed on a price. He set me up to come in and meet with Salesperson Carolyn Davis, who could not have been more helpful. Jenkins had 20! Palisades in stock. Most dealers have 1-3. It was easy to find the model we wanted, equipped the way we wanted. Carolyn was extremely helpful with no pressure. After returning from the test drive we had a short meeting again with Reagan Dean, and got a fair price for our trade, consistent with KBB valuation. A shout out also to finance manager Charles for getting us 1.9% financing! Carolyn has followed up with us since our purchase twice, once by phone, once by snail mail. Service like this is so rare anymore. Highly recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, and Carolyn Dean if you are in the market for a new car. More

I was undecided with a lot of things and he took the time to fully explain all the features of the different models. We went on several test rides with different cars and Mark helped me come to a decision. We just moved to Ocala and was looking for a dealership I could feel good about, and having Mark help me along the way was a good start. I decided on a Sonata, my 4th in a row and even though I have only had it a day, I am very happy with the car and the whole process with the dealership. If you are looking for a Hyundai, I highly recommend Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala and especially recommend Mark Shelly as a salesman. Excellent Arrived for my scheduled oil change (initial one) about an hour before my appointed time because of other appointments in the area. I was taken in rig Arrived for my scheduled oil change (initial one) about an hour before my appointed time because of other appointments in the area. I was taken in right away. I was informed of a recall on the car that I was not aware of and told it would be taken care of as well during my visit. I was told that the car wash was being updated and not available. When the work was completed Shannon went over the work that was done and informed me that I was one of the first to take advantage of the improved car wash which made me happy. The free coffee and donuts are an added treat. I have been very satisfied with my experiences at Jenkins in Ocala. My present car is my third car from them. More
