People, Paperwork, Repeat Though overall our experience was good it was a bit lengthy. We were offered coffee, donuts and water as we were shuffled from one place to the next. Though overall our experience was good it was a bit lengthy. We were offered coffee, donuts and water as we were shuffled from one place to the next. We met so many people I lost track of their names. Thus the reason for four stars rather than 5. The salesman Mark Shelley even offered to purchase lunch for us. I do have to say that our request to test drive the vehicle alone without a sales person present (which I understand now is not the norm) was accommodated so I'm grateful for that. I know that we will enjoy, for many years to come, our new (to us) Mazda. More
