Always Ready Ms Kirstie our new service writer was extremely helpful and courteous, knew her job very well. Mr. Dustin was so super in assisting my wife with a los Ms Kirstie our new service writer was extremely helpful and courteous, knew her job very well. Mr. Dustin was so super in assisting my wife with a lost piece of jewelry, please acknowledge his efforts, the item was recovered and all was well. I requested a loaner be made available to me on arrival. This was provided, however the appointment person also dispatched a loaner to our house. Sounds like the centralized appointment center needs to pay attention to customer needs. It’s costing a lot of money for errors such as this. More
