Excellent - as usual! We were taken care of immediately upon pulling in to the Service area. In the Cafe/waiting area - my husband and I were welcomed by comfortable seati We were taken care of immediately upon pulling in to the Service area. In the Cafe/waiting area - my husband and I were welcomed by comfortable seating, fresh glazed donuts and an assortment of hot beverages ranging from hot chocolate to various types of coffee or lattés. Michael told us it would take about an hour, but it was less time than that when we were on our way home with a freshly-washed car that was in wonderful working order. We love Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala! While there, we were able to clear up a misunderstanding with Tom, Finance Manager, to our advantage. At Jenkins Hyundai of Ocala, everybody understands what good customer service is about and each endeavors to make sure they deliver on it. This is our 2nd Hyundai from here and we’re absolutely certain all of our future vehicles will be purchased or leased here. We can trust everyone here; why change? More

As we were enjoying the coffee and doughnuts, we were approached by Nick Minner with an offer to trade our 2018 Kona with a 2020 model. We decided to explore this and were pleasantly surprised with the low pressure approach. We also met with Rocky DeLeon in sales. Nick listened to our wants and needs and after a test drive, we agreed on a price and ended up with a 2020 Ioniq. Thomas in finance completed the transaction in short order. 5 stars for everyone involved. More
