I have found everyone I come in contact with is very customer-friendly. I deal with Amanda in the service dept and she is super. Tells me what is going on with my Kia Soul and when it will be done. It is a pleasure to go to Crystal River Kia. When we go there, Dave (Manager) greets us by name. Also, Timmy Torres and Mike Stewart always remember us (they were salesmen that have sold cars to us). Amanda in Service is awesome. She has an unbelievable memory. We were sad when Karen left the Service Dept, but Amanda stepped right in and gives us the same service.
