I found out all Kia Dealerships are not created equal. Leased 2 Kia Souls in S.W. Florida. My associate actually listened to me and worked with me to assure I was 100% satisfied with my choice. My lease was ending in August. I was seriously considering a buy out . I loved the car. The body was white with a red roof. A happy, fun and feel good car.. I inquired about possible 2020 Kia Soul as same white body and red roof. My sales associate didn't bother to investigate my request. Just asked another salesman who again, replied no without looking into my request. Looked on lot. Settled for a (New 2020) Soul. I should NOT have settled. Anyway, after signing some paperwork I had a question regarding some numbers. I was bluntly told NOT to worry about those and to just focus on what he was pointing out. The NEW Soul I initially ended up with had almost 800 miles on it. I refused to pay for a leased car with this millage. My sales associate did manage to find a 'New' one of the same in rear lot. IF the sales associates had taken the time to investigate whether 2020 Kia Souls are available, my post would be a positive one. I looked on their website and they pictured exactly what I wanted. Special order? I had 3 months until my lease was up. Nothing I can do about it now. But as I said in the beginning...Not all Dealerships are created equal. More

Sales Professional Demetrius Ferguson, Sales Manager Bryan Adams, and General Manager Antonio Carranza were ready to sell us a vehicle, and were willing to make a deal. We found a vehicle on their website that we were looking to buy, and called them to inquire about the vehicle. I told them we were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes, and asked to have their bottom line, out the door price ready when we got there. Upon our arrival, Demetrius met us at the door, showed us the vehicle, then introduced us to Bryan & Adam, who had my bottom price ready for us. We then test drove the vehicle, and returned with a counter offer, to which they agreed. The vehicle was then detailed and prepared for us as we finalized the deal. The whole purchase took about 2 hours, and we drove away with our new vehicle, and with a feeling of satisfaction that we got the best deal we could find. While there, we met a few of the other staff, and everyone was very pleasant to speak with. The team at Jenkins Kia of Gainesville are commended on a job well done. More
