Sales Professional Demetrius Ferguson, Sales Manager Bryan Adams, and General Manager Antonio Carranza were ready to sell us a vehicle, and were willing to make a deal. We found a vehicle on their website that we were looking to buy, and called them to inquire about the vehicle. I told them we were on the way and would be there in 20 minutes, and asked to have their bottom line, out the door price ready when we got there. Upon our arrival, Demetrius met us at the door, showed us the vehicle, then introduced us to Bryan & Adam, who had my bottom price ready for us. We then test drove the vehicle, and returned with a counter offer, to which they agreed. The vehicle was then detailed and prepared for us as we finalized the deal. The whole purchase took about 2 hours, and we drove away with our new vehicle, and with a feeling of satisfaction that we got the best deal we could find. While there, we met a few of the other staff, and everyone was very pleasant to speak with. The team at Jenkins Kia of Gainesville are commended on a job well done. More

Also helped me with mileage reimbursement filing. Getting my car repaired while my spouse is laid off from work and helping me keep costs down and recoup mileage reimbursement from Kia to help cover the nearly $800.00 bill was very much appreciated. Joseph and Tony were very attentive to my needs by phone and extremely professional. Will absolutely transfer my Kia bussiness from Lake City to Gainesville now. More
